Order Processing Time

  • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time, EST) will be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time, EST) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

At present, our shipping services are exclusively available for delivery within the United States.

Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • You can track your order using our order tracking page.
  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

International shipping might experience delay due to Force Majeure. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email service@umckit.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at service@umckit.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmation email. You can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out. Once the product is shipped out, the order can’t be canceled.

About Tax

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information on possible charges.
